I dislike Mondays. Erm, I don't know, uhm, does anyone, hm.
Did whomever ask how to get in touch with the house elves in charge of laundry ever find out how? I think I may have a second or third year's uniform. My kilt, well, it isn't my kilt. It is far too short and I spent most of the day pulling at it. I don't know how those other girls do it.I really hope no one noticed. Thank you in advance.

Some days jeans and a flannelette is the best I can do. It is autumn and the leaves are only just starting to turn. Summer ended last month, and I'm feeling a push toward comfort and warmth. The one thing I've always loved about the season is layering. There are numerous options available. In fact, I think it is one of the best seasons for fashion. Short sleeve, long sleeve, three quarter sleeve, vests, cardigans, trousers, jeans, tights and skirts, leggings, berets, hats, scarves, boots, trainers, ballet flats; need I go on? Unfortunately I'm missing my favorite cardigan, I left it at home by mistake. It's bound to be windy by the seaside so hopefully one of my sisters can make use of it. It used to be my Mother's (which was her Mother's) and there have been over a dozen fights for that one article of clothing. After years of trading and fighting it's finally mine, and what do I do? I leave it at home. Bugger. That's one thing I've always disliked about Hogwarts. I always forget something and I can never fit everything into my trunk, and even if I could why bother? Its the same uniform every single day. Much like men's fashion, nothing exciting has happened over the years. How much can you do with men's clothes school uniforms? I won't waste my time writing home for it, I'll just have to make due without. Anyway, onto today's outfit. Literally, I rolled out of bed dug round my trunk for the most comfortable things I could find. Today is a lazy Sunday. Here is what I came up with:
The Outfit Flannel: Thrifted. Gold and pearl bracelts: Mum and Nana. Belt: "Borrowed" from Shannon. Jeans: Vivi Elmwood. Tee: I'm actually not too sure where I purchased this. Boots: Nanolo Vahnik. My absolute favourtie pair, and I know I say that about all of them.
I haven't cracked open my Charm magazine once this month, surprisingly, (so I can't give you my want of the day) and it isn't as if I've been busy with school work, mostly I've been sleeping and working on a coat. It's my first coat. I've never really been much for tailoring, dresses being more my thing, but I thought I'd give it a go. My old Hurberry coat is serving as the template and I'm really very excited to see the outcome.
Since I don't have a Want of the Day. Here is a Question of the Day instead:
Autumn, love it or hate it? Why?
